"Had this for the first time at a girls' night in party, very yummy."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1 drink

ingredients

• 2 ounces gin
• 1⁄2 lemon, juice of
• 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
• chilled champagne

directions

1. Shake first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into a tall glass half filled with crushed ice. Fill with chilled champagne.

As written the gin in this is pretty powerful, after tasting I divided it into 2 glasses added extra lemon and champagne. DH really liked it a lot, I had to add extra powdered sugar to take off a little bit of a bitter edge. Thanks for sharing!
