  • Pre-heat oven to 375.
  • Mix bread crumbs, cheese and seasoning in shallow bowl.
  • Dip each chicken breast in melted margarine (or spray with Bacel Topping Spray), then in bread crumb mixture.
  • Place each breast on baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Bake for approximately 20-30 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

    Where's the meal? This a baked chicken breast recipe ONLY. Tastes great! But where's the meal? Diabetics searching the internet for meals to cook need more than just a good quality baked piece of chicken breast. We already know that part.

    Really good chicken. I used spray olive oil instead of the margarine, and Italian breadcrumbs in place of the herbs. This is a great recipe to switch up spices or herbs for different flavors.
