Ingredients: 2 onions, chopped; 6 large garlic cloves; 2 inches ginger, peeled and chopped; 4 red chilies, deseeded; 1 tablespoon ground coriander; 1 tablespoon cumin seed; 2 teaspoons turmeric; 2 teaspoons cinnamon; 2 tablespoons hot water

ingredients

2 onions, chopped
6 large garlic cloves
2 inches ginger, peeled and chopped
4 red chilies, deseeded
1 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon cumin seed
2 teaspoons turmeric
2 teaspoons cinnamon
2 tablespoons hot water

directions

Place everything in a food processor and process to a rough paste.
to store, spoon into an airtight jar, cover with a thin layer of oil and store for upto one week in the fridge.

How I rate... 5 stars - perfect, will make again without any changes. 4 stars - Liked it, will make again again but with changes. 3 stars - had to make major changes but got it to work. 2 stars - had to make major changes and it didn't work. 1 star - went terribly, a waste of time and ingredients, I cried, BF cried the cats cried you get the picture...
