    cups lemon ginger echinacea juice (by R.W. Knudsen )
  • 12
    cup unsweetened 100% cranberry juice
  • 2
    fresh lemons
  • 1
    tablespoon sized chunk fresh gingerroot
  • 4
    average sized fresh garlic cloves
  • 4
    squirts of echinacea extract

DIRECTIONS

  • Add Lemon Ginger Echinacea juice to the blender.
  • Add cranberry juice.
  • Squeeze lemons directly into the blender, remove the seeds.
  • Peel the ginger root and cut into small chucks and add to blender.
  • Repeat with garlic cloves.
  • Add Echinacea extract.
  • Blend well. Drink will be pink and have a frothy head.
  • You may drink it at this point or strain it to remove unblended ginger and garlic.
