- 1 1⁄2 cups lemon ginger echinacea juice (by R.W. Knudsen )
- 1⁄2 cup unsweetened 100% cranberry juice
- 2 fresh lemons
- 1 tablespoon sized chunk fresh gingerroot
- 4 average sized fresh garlic cloves
- 4 squirts of echinacea extract
directions
- Add Lemon Ginger Echinacea juice to the blender.
- Add cranberry juice.
- Squeeze lemons directly into the blender, remove the seeds.
- Peel the ginger root and cut into small chucks and add to blender.
- Repeat with garlic cloves.
- Add Echinacea extract.
- Blend well. Drink will be pink and have a frothy head.
- You may drink it at this point or strain it to remove unblended ginger and garlic.
