  1. This cake is wonderful! After having one piece my guy suggested I just give him the pan so as not to dirty any more plates!

  2. This worked amazingly, bafflingly well when my sister & I made it. The cake was perfect and moist - the best cake I've ever had! The only problem was that the icing was too runny, but we used "thicken up".

  3. This was very tasty but not what I was expecting. It was not very cake like, husband and I thought it was more like a thick brownie. I'm not sure if that's because I didn't use a box mix, I used recipe #97077, but other than that I followed the directions. Don't get me wrong, this tasted wonderful, I was just looking for something more cake like. Hubby loved this though because he loves cream cheese brownies and cream cheese frosting so he was in heaven!! Thanks for sharing!!

  4. This was really good. The cram cheese ribbon was thinner than I expected, probably due to the amount of milk. But it baked up really well, and there was a ribbon of cheesecake in the midst of all the chocolate. The cream cheese frosting was perfect.

I am a mommy of two wonderful little boys. My oldest is "the devil" Matthew 8yrs old (Aug 98) and my "little monster" is Adam, 3yr(Aug2003). I work as a Facility Administrator, which pretty much means, anything that needs to be done "ask Vicki, she'll do it". From watering the lawn, replacing lite bulbs in the washrooms, to processing payroll and handling employee complaints. It keeps me very busy and stressed :). I'm on marriage no. 2; the first was a test run, and I was able to figure out all the icky stuff, I wouldn't want a partner to be. DH#2, is mild tempered and just caters to my every whim.
