DIRECTIONS

  • Cut eggs in 1/2.
  • Remove yolks and mash.
  • Blend with yolks the following: Thousand Island and mustard.
  • (+/- the Thousand Island depending on preference - drier or wetter).
  • top with paprika.
  • chill and then serve.
