- 6 eggs, hardboiled & peeled
- 1⁄3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
- 2 teaspoons sweet relish
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- salt and pepper
directions
- Chop or mash the eggs into small pieces. Mix in the mayonnaise combining well.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- **To hard boil eggs, Start with the eggs in cold water and uncovered then bring the water to a full boil. Once the water is boiling, put the lid on the pot and move it to a cool burner. Let sit for 15 minutes, then drain and fill the pot with cold water. **.
