DIRECTIONS

  • Mix approximately 1/2 cup of the pan drippings with the almond meal and whisk until smooth.
  • Bring other 1/2 cup of turkey pan drippings to a boil in a small saucepan, and then whisk in the almond meal mixture.
  • Slowly add in almond milk and whisk until desired thickness is attained.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
