"Since I really don't measure when I make this the amounts stated are only estimated, please adjust amounts to taste. I like to use a good quality ice cream like Haagen-Dazs."

ingredients

• 6 cups fresh strawberries
• 3 -4 scoops strawberry ice cream (or use vanilla ice cream)
• 1⁄4 cup whipping cream
• 1⁄3 cup milk (or more if desired)
• sugar (optional)

directions

1. Process all ingredients in a blender until smooth, adjusting the milk to thin out.

Delicious! I used frozen strawberries and had to thin it out more with milk because it was soo thick! I also added a little more sugar to sweeten it to taste!
