  • 1 lb hamburger
  • 1 egg
  • 6 -8 saltine crackers, crushed
  • season salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste
  • garlic salt, to taste
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package Lipton Onion Soup Mix

  • Mix all ingredients and form into patties.
  • Cook to desired doneness.
