DIRECTIONS

  • Fresh anchovies put into flour. Let the flour cover all fish. Heat the oil in large frying pot and put anchovies into hot oil. Fry not more than 2 minutes. Remove fish with hollow spoon and put onto paper towel to soak fat form fish. Serve hot.
