- 10 inches tortillas
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons salsa
- 3 tablespoons black beans
- Scramble eggs in a nonstick frypan.
- Add salsa and beans and mix.
- Wrap in the tortilla and enjoy!

I'm a born and raised city girl who moved to a small town, and love it! I now live in Lexington KY, and I am trying to adjust back to the larger town feel. One good thing...more restaurants!
