- 1 cup rice milk
- 1 cup soymilk
- 1 teaspoon xanthan gum
- 2⁄3 cup honey (or maple syrup or agave nectar)
- 2 cups blueberries
directions
- Put one of of either milk in a blender with the xanthum gum and pulse for 1 minute.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Put in ice cream maker for 10-15 minutes.
