I'm not a coffee drinker but I decided to make this for friends. And the crowd went wild!!!! I made copies for everyone and they said be sure to thank Dad for sharing this. (Since I'm not a coffee drinker, how about posting some more recipes for me to try? Huh? Pretty please?? With sugar on it??? :-)

Oh this is delicious. I didn't follow it quite exactly; I didn't have whipped cream but sweetened it with some brown sugar and added some evaporated milk for some creaminess. I found the whiskey overpowering.. so I added more creme de cacao, haha. It made sense to me at the time! I will be happy and warm tonight! Thanks :)

Wonderful beverage to unwind with. Must relax and savor this with a good friend. I ground my aribica coffee beans and made a pot of coffee. Substituted Creme de Cacao with Godiva's Chocolate Cream Liqueur, added a splash of Irish whiskey (who measures whiskey?)and added a large dollop of fresh whipped cream with sugar.Slurp this through the whipped cream.

I love cooking if I don't have to. I'm a single father of a teenage boy so I am constantly challenged to find good recipes that we will both enjoy. We live in a small town in Eastern WA state close to most of our extended family.
