I really enjoyed this recipe! I went on a roadtrip w/ my inlaws and it is our tradition to make beef jerky for the long car ride. I tried this and two other recipes (not on zaar) and this was my favorite. It had a nice combination of sweet and spice. It was a little to spicy for some on our trip but I added a fair amount of the optional red pepper flakes. Thanks for posting!

I live in Tampa, FL with my husband and 6 year old daughter. I work full time which leaves me little time for other activities, however my weekends are filled with cooking. In what little time I have left over after all my other responsibilities I enjoy reading and watching a little television.
