Curry Bar-B-Que Sauce

"I was looking for a good recipe for a homemade bar-b-que sauce I could use on pork chops, but I couldn't find one I liked so I made my own. So far I've only used it on pork chops I cooked in the oven. It's super easy and fast. And it's tasty too! Even my 3 year-old and my husband like it."

• Ingredients: 7
• Yields: 3/4 cup
• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup ketchup
• 2 teaspoons dry mustard (like Colman's)
• 2 teaspoons curry powder
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tablespoon vinegar (white or cider)
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄4 cup brown sugar (or 2 Tablespoons maple syrup)

directions

1. Mix ingredients together in order listed, stirring after each ingredient.
2. Brush on meat before cooking, reapply about 15 minutes before meat is done.
3. I recommend making extra sauce or reserving some aside to go with the meal.
