DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
  • Saute shallots and curry in butter and blend in the flour.
  • Add chicken broth, half and half, salt and pepper, stirring until smooth.
  • Simmer to reduce slightly.

  • Place in buttered casserole dish and bake for 45 minutes.
