Cucumbers and Cream

This is a staple in our house. Very refreshing on a hot summer day!
- Ready In:
- In a large bowl, combine mayo, sugar, vinegar and salt. Mix until disolved.
- Add the peeled and sliced cucumbers into bowl and fold until mixture covers the cucumbers. Chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour. As the cucumbers sit they will make more liquid.
- Best if made the day of the event. You can make it the night before, but I wouldn't recommend making it any sooner. They cukes will get soggy.
