1. Carolanne, I made these to take to my ladies church luncheon, and they were a big hit,not one was left,I loved them too.I don't care for lunch meat, but love veggie sandwiches, like radish sandwiches, and onion, and cucumbers.also cold spaghetti sandwiches (Iknow,Weird), but anyway, thank you for the great recipe. 2. this recipe didn't do it for me. I like cucumbers alot, but this combo wasn't to my taste. The italian seasoning mixed with the cream cheese just didn't taste good.

 3. I scaled this recipe down and made a single sandwich just for me.. then I had to make another one. They are so good! I used the ranch seasoning instead of the italian because I like ranch a lot more and it was suggested in a similar recipe. I'm a vegetarian so I am always looking for good vegetarian sandwiches. I have eaten probably 4 of these in the past 3 days and I definetely recommend this sandwich.

 4. These are easy, attractive, and everyone seems to like them. I used the zesty Italian Good Seasons and everyone liked it. They were on the first plate to empty at the party today.

My cholesterol is 240! I am now cooking heart smart. I love Recipezaar because it gives me the fat grams.

What is my favorite cookbook? One I got at a garage sale for $2, it's called Mary Margaret McBride's Encyclopedia of Cooking. It weighs 10 pounds, and it has everything! I probably have 50 others, but that is the most useful, LOL.

My passion is cooking, that's how I relax. My pet peeve is there are not enough hours in the day for everything.
