DIRECTIONS

  • Thinly slice cucumbers and onion (adjust onion to your taste, I love onions) and place in a bowl large enough to stir in other ingredients.
  • Add milk and vinegar. Milk will curdle a bit because of reaction with vinegar.
  • Add salt and pepper (adjust quantity to your taste) and stir till liquid is blended. The curdled milk should not be present any longer.
  • You can enjoy right away or chill in fridge until ready to eat.
