DIRECTIONS

  • Wisk dry ingredients.
  • Add hot water (from tap).
  • Mix until consistency is sticky (add water if needed).
  • Wrap bowl with plastic wrap. Let rest for 3 hours in oven (proof).
  • Scrape out bread from bowl onto floured board. Sprinkle flour on dough.
  • Flip dough a few times with scraper and form into ball.
  • Put dough on parchment paper in bowl. Cover with tea towel.
  • Preheat dutch oven at 450 degrees.
  • Put bread and parchment paper in Dutch oven. Bake with lid on for 30 minutes, then for 5 minutes with lid off.
  • Let cool.
