These were awesome!!! I served these with extra ranch dressing on the side absolutely no need, they were crunchy on the outside, with super tender and moist chicken on the inside, with the wonderful ranch flavour coming through. I did make with panko flakes I love how these crisp up better than regular breadcrumbs. I will be saving this one they make the perfect finger food. Wonderful Post Seasoned Cook

Very nice recipe! I made a change to the recipe to comply with ingredients I had on hand. I used buttermilk in place of the ranch dressing and omitted the parmesan cheese, I also used panko breadcrumbs for that extra crunch I was wanting. The wings turned out great. I want to say that I let the wings marinate in the buttermilk for 1 hour in ref. I had no problem with any sticking to my baking dish but also want to mention I sprinkled some olive oil over the wings before baking. I plan to try the ranch dressing and parmesan cheese as recipe states next time. Thanks for sharing the recipe!

These didn't turn out for us like the picture at all. I am not sure what went wrong, but the breading mixture all fell off and burned before the chicken was done. The few that didn't turn out as bad did have a good taste at least. I am very sorry these didn't work for us. I do want to make clear that it might have been something on my end, so don't let my review be the decider for you. I did use drumsticks for ours, but can't imagine that was the issue. I think maybe our bread crumbs were too fine or something.
