- 2 rack spareribs
- 1 (16 ounce) can beer (any)
- 1 (16 ounce) bottle barbecue sauce (Your favorite!)
directions
- Rinse your spare ribs, and place in a large pot.
- Pour beer in the pot, and fill with water until covering the meat.
- Bring to a rolling boil and boil until fully cooked (around 10-15 minutes).
- Drain meat and place in slow cooker, and cover with Barbecue Sauce of your choice.
- Serve when meat is falling off the bone.
