  • Layer half of potatoes in bottom of crock pot; half of veggies, and one can of tuna, 1/2 the curry powder.
  • Repeat layers.
  • Spoon soup over all and pour in water.
  • Cover and cook on Low setting for 7-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.

  1. This is a lovely and easy recipe. I did change a few ingredients. Instead of <br/>sliced potatoes I used frozen hash brown potatoes, and added frozen<br/>corn with the peas plus chopped green onion.. I also used Cheddar cheese <br/>soup. Turned out very tasty. I let the frozen veggies thaw a few hours before <br/>turning the pot. A nice change to the tuna noodle version.<br/>on.
