Crock Pot Tuna Potato Casserole

- 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 2 (170 g) cans tuna, drained
- 2 cups green peas
- 1 (284 ml) can cream of celery soup
- 1 tablespoon curry powder
- 1⁄4 cup water
directions
- Layer half of potatoes in bottom of crock pot; half of veggies, and one can of tuna, 1/2 the curry powder.
- Repeat layers.
- Spoon soup over all and pour in water.
- Cover and cook on Low setting for 7-10 hours or until potatoes are tender.

This is a lovely and easy recipe. I did change a few ingredients. Instead of <br/>sliced potatoes I used frozen hash brown potatoes, and added frozen<br/>corn with the peas plus chopped green onion.. I also used Cheddar cheese <br/>soup. Turned out very tasty. I let the frozen veggies thaw a few hours before <br/>turning the pot. A nice change to the tuna noodle version.<br/>on.
