  • 1 (38 ounce) package frozen meatballs
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can low-sodium cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef consomme
  • 8 ounces sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 12 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 8 ounces fresh sauteed mushrooms

  • Place all ingredients in a crock pot.
  • Cook on low for at least 5 hours.

  1. Other than having a 28 ounce package of frozen meatballs instead of a 38 ounce package as called for in the recipe I made this as written. I served them on a bed of egg noodles. The recipe was easy to put together and tasted pretty good. A perfect meal for a day when you don't feel like making much of an effort to cook.
