- 1⁄2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup applesauce
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 3 lbs boneless pork shoulder
directions
- In a bowl, stir together brown sugar, applesauce, cinnamon and ginger.
- Place roast in slow cooker. Pour applesauce over. Cook on low 4-6 hours, or high 2-3 hours.
