  • Layer potato, carrot and onion in slow cooker; then lay chicken thighs on top.
  • Whisk remaining ingredients together and pour over chicken.
  • Cover and cook on Low for 9 to 10 hours or on High for 4-1/2 to 5 hours.

    I can't believe I haven't reviewed this yet!! I added a few pictures. This recipe is in my regular rotation. I make it around once per month. More in the winter. I usually double it. This is one of the rare recipes that there is no need for any changes.

    I didn't like this at all. I found it to not have anywhere near enough flavor and I even added some extra. I would increase the amount of salt and pepper to give it some zing and use actual chicken stock instead of water and granules, i would also like to see it be a thicker stew, I found this to be more like a soup than stew.
