DIRECTIONS

  • In a slow cooker, combine chicken, leek, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Top with beans and sausage.
  • Add white wine.
  • Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours until chicken is tender.
  • Serve with crusty french bread.
