DIRECTIONS

  • Mix all ingredients together until smooth, batter will be thin.
  • Get frying pan or crepe pan hot.
  • Grease pan.
  • Pour a ladle full of batter into the pan, swirling the pan to spread it all around. Cook till the top starts to bubble and then flip. It takes only a minute or so.
  • Serve with fruit, brown sugar, icing sugar or syrup.
