  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Place yams in a casserole dish, pouring the liquid into a bowl.
  • Add the lemon juice, cinnamon and sugars and mix until dissolved.
  • Pour the mixture over the yams.
  • In separate bowl, combine the raisins, apple and peaches.
  • Add the yams.
  • Dot with butter.
  • Bake for about 45 minutes or until the syrup has thickened slightly and the yams look glazed.
