This is a variation of my basic Two Scoop Bread--it's the one I make most often--our family's everyday fare. I never know how to answer when people say "This is great bread! Can I have the recipe?" because I never remember precisely what I did, and it doesn't turn out the same way twice. I like the creativity of incorporating different ingredients, and also the waste-not-want-not thriftiness of using what I have on hand.
