Made for lunch today for myself, cutting this down to 2 servings, thought this was just okay as it seemed the mayo was overpowering (used 1/3 cup ) to the other ingredients.. Later this afternoon when the kids came home, I decided to make this again for 3 servings cutting the recipe in half and used just over a third cup mayo.. (approximately 40 %) of a cup, more satisying to me, the kids did enjoy it too. The flavors came out much better (might just be my taste buds). Made and reviewed in PRMR tag.1Reply
