Can you freeze the savory sauce?

Can someone explain the "spike seasoning" (herb or vegetable salt substitute)? Also is kelp powder the same as the kelp granules you can find at Whole Foods?

Can I ask what you would use the savory sauce for? We're vegan and always looking for new recipes.

Exceptional. If you're a vegetarian and want something really flavorful and EASY that you can keep in the fridge and warm up as needed, this is for you. And if you're like me and need something you can use to top your non-vegetarian dishes to make the non-believers. If you don't tell them tofu's in it, they won't know!!

This is amazing and like Chef #747996, I crave this sauce, but no longer live walking distance to the restaurant. Now I can have it whenever I want it. Fed it to a meat lover and they said if I hadn't told him it was tofu he would have thought I made him an incredible new gravy to go with his meat!

I moved from HB 13 years ago and I miss The Spot so much. Anything with Savory Sauce was always my go-to comfort food. This recipe is perfect!
