Creamy Sidecar Cocktail

"I love the classic 1950's sidecar, but sometimes all the acid in the lemon juice really gets me! So this is my favorite, creamy version!"

  • If you want to frost the glasses, dip the rim or 4 martini glasses in a shallow plate of lemon juice and then in the sugar. Allow to dry for 15 minutes.
  • Put the cocktail ingredients in a blender with some ice and blend. Pour into frosted glass and enjoy!
  • To make by the pitcher, blend the following:

  • 1 cup brandy.
  • 1/2 cup triple sec.
  • 1 cup half and half cream.
  • 3 tablespoons sugar.
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • ice to fill blender.
