DIRECTIONS

  • Heat olive oil in skillet over med-high heat.
  • Add spinach leaves and garlic cloves.
  • Saute until spinach leaves have wilted (be careful not to overcook).
  • In last few minutes of cooking time, add cheddar cheese, and cook until it is melted.
