ingredients
- 3 ounces raspberry gelatin
- 1⁄2 cup water, boiling
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt, frozen low fat
- 1 cup raspberries, unsweetened fresh or frozen
- 1⁄4 cup lime juice
- 2 cups Cool Whip
- 1 graham cracker crust (9 inches)
- lime slice, and additional raspberries and whipped topping (optional)
directions
- In a bowl, dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
- Stir in frozen yogurt until melted.
- Add raspberries and lime juice.
- Fold in whipped topping.
- Spoon into crust.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
- Garnish with additional ingredients if desired.
