- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 teaspoons minced shallots
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chopped green pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, crushed
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon butter
directions
- In large skillet melt oil and butter.
- Add next 5 ingredients.
- Add flour and boullion.
- Cook 2.

- Stir in wine and bring to a boil.
- Reduce by 1/2.
- Add cream and paprika, and the 1 T.
- butter.
