DIRECTIONS

  • Place a large skillet over medium heat. When hot, add oil, then mushrooms. Sauce mushrooms for about 8 minutes, until they are browned and crusty. Add garlic and sauce for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add chicken broth and bring to a boil, scraping any bits off the bottom of the pan. Reduce heat and simmer for about 7 minutes until almost dry.
  • Add cream. Bring to a slight boil. Let boil for 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and season with salt and pepper.
