Creamy Mashed Ranch Potatoes
These are fast, easy and add a little different taste to your ordinary mashed potatoes. I just estimated amounts here so just taste it as you make it to adjust to your own liking.
- Ready In:
- 4 -5 lbs potatoes
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 package ranch dressing mix
- 4 -6 tablespoons half-and-half or 4 -6 tablespoons milk, as needed
- Peel and cube potatoes.
- Boil until tender.
- Drain and mash.
- Beat in cream cheese til smooth.
- Stir in rest of ingredients.
- Serve hot.

Wonderful, rich and creamy potatoes. I served these with Recipe#207565, it was a great meal! My family really enjoyed these, the ranch gives them a nice tangy flavor and the cream cheese makes them rich and smooth. I also only added half of the cream cheese and added a couple tablespoons of sour cream. Thanks, I will be making these again!
Oh! This recipe is so wonderful! The taste is out of this world! So simple, so down-to-earth homemade tasting...Can't be beat! The ranch dressing mix was a perfect flavoring and the cream cheese made it so rich and yummy! I did add just a sprinkling of dried parsley and a pat of melty butter, but it wasn't needed at all! Thanks, Junebug! I'm only sorry I didn't try this one sooner! :)
