DIRECTIONS

  • Add rice to slow cooker.
  • Combine Cream of Mushroom Soup, Milk, Chicken broth, salt, black pepper, and ground red pepper. Add this to slow cooker.
  • Add carrots, onions, celery to slow cooker.
