Creamy Lime & Pear Gelatin Salad

"So easy and yummy! We here in Utah are famous for our green Jello. This is a different version than usual. I love the pear and lime flavors together! Comes from a Lehi Sesquicentennial Cookbook."

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1 7 x 12
• Serves: 12

ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese
• 1 quart pear, with juice
• 6 ounces lime gelatin
• 1 cup boiling water

directions

1. In blender, blend cream cheese with pears and juice.
2. Dissolve lime gelatin in boiling water.
3. Combine together and pour into a 7x12-inch glass pan.
4. Refrigerate until set, about 2 hours.

Very good! I was afraid there would be too much liquid but I was mistaken, it was perfect. My hubby likes pears and lime jello and can't figure out the cream cheese so I will make again. Thanks for posting.
