ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup plain nonfat yogurt or 1/2 cup low-fat yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup nonfat cottage cheese or 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1⁄2 - 3⁄4 teaspoon vanilla or 1/2-3/4 teaspoon almond extract
directions
- In a blender or food processor, process all ingredients until light and creamy.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled.
