I have made this twice now and this time I think it turned out better. I used thighs instead of breasts and they came out very tender and shredded nicely. I also had to shred the chicken and actually get rid of some of the liquid, otherwise it would be too "soupy." Good meal for how easy it is! I used fresh mushrooms too.

This was good, but next time I would add some carrots, peas or corn to give it more color. I put quartered red potatoes in it and that was tasty. Also, i shredded up the chicken b/c otherwise the sauce was too runny. It had a good flavor, though. My boyfriend loved it. I gave it a 4 star b/c it was good but not my fave.

I made this a couple of weeks ago and forgot to review it. It was terrific! I added 1 lb red potatoes, quartered and they took on the flavor as well. Instead of fat free sour cream, I processed fat free cottage cheese in the blender for a little added calcium. I'm making this again to have for dinner tomorrow night! Thanks so much!

I live in a suburb of Kansas City MO, and I recently turned 30 years old, much to my dismay.
I don't particularly enjoy cooking - or rather I don't enjoy being in a kitchen... but I can bake anything and LOVE my crock pot! Thats how I found this site, I was searching for new crock pot recipes. That was 2 weeks ago and I am totally hooked on this site, and have many friends and family hooked too. My mom even told co-workers and friends about it!
