- 2 (3 ounce) packages raspberry Jell-O gelatin
- 2 cups hot water
- 1 (14 ounce) can smooth jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 pint sour cream
directions
- In a large bowl, gently beat all ingredients with electric mixer, until smooth.
- Pour into serving bowl and refrigerate several hours, until firm.

It seems that most cran-raspberry jello salads have pineapple in them. Although I have always liked them, my pineapple hating DD would never touch them. This recipe went perfectly with our turkey dinner this Thanksgiving and everyone was able to enjoy it. I followed the recipe exactly, except I did add a few chopped pecans for an added crunch. It was delicious and EVERYONE loved it! It is so easy and has that perfect balance of sweet/tart flavors. Thanks Stephanie for a new favorite that we ALL love.
