  1. I halved this recipe for my husband and I and I just loved it. I served it with a zucchini casserole and teriyaki salmon. Delicious. Thanks!
  2. I made this for a potluck get together. Very creamy and moist.
  3. We enjoyed this side dish - and VERY easy. Also, nice to use the crockpot instead of heating up the house (it is very hot here this week). Thanks for sharing.
  4. This has been a hit everywhere I've taken it! Someone always requests the recipe.
  5. I made this from the Taste Of Home Church Suppers cookbook and it was different than this... The one I made didn't have garlic at all, but had 3 tbs water, 3 tbs milk, and 6 slices of American cheese (like Kraft slices, they also make vegan versions of this). It was SOOO good! I made it for a potluck at work and it was completely demolished by the end of lunch!

I'm a real estate agent in the lovely city of Rochester, New York. That's not what I expected to do with my life. I got my bachelor's in psychology, my masters in literacy education, and I taught high school special education for two years. Then I discovered that helping people find the homes of their dreams was my real passion. I've been doing it for over two years now and still absolutely love my career. Other than that, I have a very spoiled Border Collie mix named Bear that I adopted from a local shelter in spring '08. He's gorgeous and fun and brings me great joy. Now if only I could find a man like that... LOL!
