"Cream soda is a sweet carbonated soft drink that has a vanilla flavouring. Its name originated in the United Kingdom from "ice cream soda" as it was traditionally served with a dollop of ice cream floating in it."

ingredients

• 30 ml mango liqueur
• 15 ml vodka
• 1⁄2 lime, chopped and skin left on
• cream soda, to taste
• ice

directions

1. Muddle lime, vodka and liqueur in a mixing shaker. Add ice and shake.
2. Pour into a highball glass and top with creaming soda.
3. Garnish with a fresh cherry.
