DIRECTIONS

  • Sautee onion and garlic in butter or margarine.
  • Add carrot, celery and bell pepper and cook , stirring until they soften.
  • Add milk and cream cheese and mix, stirring, until cream cheese melts.

  • Season with powdered chicken bouillon, to taste.
