Cream Cheese Salsa Dip

"This is the easiest and yummiest dip!!!"

• Ingredients: 3
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
• 1 1⁄2 cups salsa (any brand)
• 1 (14 ounce) box wheat thins crackers (approximate box size)

directions

1. Unwrap cream cheese on serving dish.
2. Pour salsa over cheese.
3. Dip in!

I added to my party menu at the last minute. I'm so glad I did! Everyone raved about it and kept asking for the recipe. LOL! I used Giant's store brand of salsa, which contains corn and beans. I think that's what helped keep it from being obvious that it was just a jar of salsa poured over a block of cream cheese. It was the only dish that was completely gone by the end of the evening. Will most definitely be using this again. Thanks!
