  • Cream butter and cream cheese.
  • Add 1 cup icing sugar and vanilla.
  • Add more icing sugar if not thick enough.
  • Should be a slightly stiff consistency.
  • Let sit for few minutes.
  • Ice cake or cup cakes or whatever you are icing.

  2. Just the right amount for a pumpkin bundt cake; I added only a tbsp of milk for the consistency I was looking for. Didn't need to throw out half the batch because there was too much!
     
  3. Very nice. I added a healthy pinch of table salt to it to bump up the flavor. It generously frosted a bundt pound cake.
     
  4. Yummy icing. The batch was enough for half recipe#427028. I needed only 1 cup of icing sugar. Next time I'll add 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon. I like the taste of cinnamon in cream cheese icing. That adds a plus. Thanks Pink :) Made for Holiday tag
