ingredients

• 3 eggs

• Mix

• 1 cup flour
• 1⁄2 cup plain breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon parsley
• 1 teaspoon cilantro
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• 1 teaspoon ground coriander
• 1⁄2 teaspoon onion powder
• 1⁄2 teaspoon ground mustard
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons sugar
• 1 family pack chicken

directions

1. Mix 3 Eggs.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients.
3. Dip chicken into eggs, than dry mix, coat chicken.Fry chicken in 350 degree oil.
